Work Placements

Budding engineers – there are work placements out there!!   I visited the Engineering Fair held at Hethel to see what is gong on and was really impressed by the amount of high tech engineering companies based in Norfolk and with worldwide supply chain.  Lotus at Hethel is of course an enormous “pull”, but really inspiring to be there.  The main complaint was the difficulty in getting recruits – I think it can only be because of lack of awareness.
